Coverage can include yoga and wellness practices, workshops, excursions, meals, group activities, candid moments, portraits, and the surrounding environment. I take a documentary approach, so I focus on capturing the experience naturally as it unfolds rather than staging every moment.

2. HOW MANY HOURS OF COVERAGE DO I NEED?

This depends on your retreat schedule and what you’d like documented. Half-day coverage is ideal for capturing a focused portion of the experience, while full-day and multi-day coverage allow for a more comprehensive visual story. We can determine the right amount of coverage based on your itinerary and priorities.

3. CAN I USE THE PHOTOS FOR MARKETING?

Absolutely. Your final gallery is designed to give you a versatile collection of imagery that can be used to promote future retreats, share on social media, update your website, create promotional materials, and showcase the experience to potential guests. Usage details are outlined in your contract.

4. DO YOU TRAVEL FOR RETREATS?

Yes! I’m based in South Florida and available for domestic and international retreats. Travel and accommodations are factored into custom quotes for destination and multi-day retreats. Reach out with your location and retreat details, and I’ll create a tailored proposal for you!

I recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for destination and multi-day retreats. Availability can vary depending on the time of year and location, but I’m always happy to see if I can accommodate a shorter timeline if your retreat is approaching.

6. WILL YOU DIRECT OR POSE OUR GUESTS?

My approach is primarily documentary, so I let moments unfold naturally rather than directing every interaction. That said, I’ll step in when needed to create intentional group photos, portraits, or specific images for your marketing needs while keeping the experience comfortable and authentic.

7. HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE RECEIVE?

The number of final images varies depending on the length and schedule of your retreat. I focus on delivering a thoughtfully edited gallery with a strong variety of moments, people, details, and environments rather than aiming for a specific number of images.

8. when will I receive the final photos?

Your final gallery will typically be delivered within 2–3 weeks after the retreat. For larger or multi-day retreats, turnaround may vary depending on the scope of coverage. I’ll always communicate the expected delivery timeline before your retreat!
